Pre-K Registration for Grady County Schools

Pre-K registration for the 2025 – 2026 school year is open!

In order to register, a Pre-K child must be four years old on or before
September 1, 2025 and not have previously attended a state-funded Pre-K program.

 Records Required for Registration

  1. Original/Certified Birth Certificate

  2. Proof of residency (Will only accept: lease/ rental agreement or utility bill in parent/s name. Utilities in landlord’s name must include copy of utility bill and a notarized letter from landlord).

  3. Verification of Income (Example: Medicaid, CAPS, SSI, Food Stamps, TANF, or private health insurance).

  4. Social Security Card

  5. Georgia Form 3231 (Immunization/Shot Record)

  6. Georgia Form 3300 (Vision, Hearing, Dental, and Nutrition Screening must be signed by the physician or a registered nurse.)

  7. Placement in the Grady County Pre-K program will be made on a lottery basis.
